Description As a global leader in Contract Logistics, this highly dynamic Global Service Provider does more than just handle warehousing, freight and transport. It provides truly integrated supply chain solutions throughout the whole supply chain – inventory, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, aftermarket management and first and last mile transport.

Based in Singapore, the roles primary purpose is the APAC leadership of all business development, sales and account management functions across the business and the execution / management of a performance based sales strategy.

Setting new business revenue targets for the sales force, you will run the performance of the Asia Pacific wide team, leading from the front with your own sales performance. You will ensure quality solutions are provided and value is generated from all RFQ/RFP activities.

Playing an Executive Sales Leadership role in the global business development community, your role will be the entry point for Global initiatives and Corporate reporting and bridge with other Business Units to coordinate actions and generate opportunities in Contract Logistics and cross sell other products.

You will identify new products opportunities and develop creative solutions to fulfill customer needs whilst building strong relationship with key contacts / executives within customer organizations to understand commercial opportunities to create value.

You will be a highly performance focused sales professional who brings with them a track record in Contract Logistics Business Development leadership in the Asia region and is success driven.

At a minimum you will have;

•Minimum of 10 years Global or Regional Executive Sales / BD Leadership with a 3PL / Contract Logistics service provider or similar sales role with a proven track record of success in business development for contract Logistics.
•Able to initiate senior level meetings and lead from the front in the marketplace.
•Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding and experience of the theory and practice of Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Solutions.
•Bachelors or Master\'s Degree in Logistics, Operation Management, or Business Administration of any field.
•Good understanding of regional culture and working environment
•Strong leadership behavior traits and a desire to success.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills in multi-tasks environment.
•Staff management experience, including negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to travel (up to 70%).
