Transfer pricing has become increasingly important with the escalation of global trade. MNCs with operations in Europe and Greater China need to actively manage their cross-border, intra-group transactions to mitigate potential transfer pricing risks and ensure compliance with very complex and proliferating transfer pricing regulations.  MNCs are also increasingly looking to optimize their global tax efficiency and create shareholder value via aligning transfer pricing effectively with business strategy.
